Thehxd provides website design, enterprise software development, mobile app development, and branding services. The specific scope of work for each client is agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.
Payment terms are agreed upon before project start. Thehxd reserves the right to pause work on projects where invoices are overdue by more than 14 days. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Thehxd retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is explicitly in place.
All projects include one month of no-cost post-launch maintenance. Beyond this period, ongoing support is available on a retainer basis, to be agreed separately.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, required assets, and access to necessary platforms. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and may result in revised delivery estimates.
Thehxd's liability in any circumstance is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
Thehxd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
